Why Choose Our Fireplace Blowers and Kits?

Best Fireplace Blowers and KitsNot all fireplace blowers and fans are created equal. In fact, there are subtle differences in our blower kits that make FireplaceBlowersOnline.com the clear choice for your fireplace blower or fan kit.

Ball Bearing Blowers

Unlike many of our competitors, we exclusively use 100% ball bearing blower assemblies. The cheaper kits you find on Amazon and eBay almost always use an inferior sleeve bearing blower assembly, although some falsely advertise the use of ball bearings. Ball bearings have numerous advantages over their sleeve bearing counterparts. Not only are they quieter over their lifetime, they tend to last considerably longer in fireplace applications. Sleeve bearings also allow for a moderate amount of shaft play in the blower's wheel, which promotes faster bearing and motor degradation and increases the likelihood of unwanted noise. The clear choice is a ball bearing equipped blower assembly!

Fully Assembled & Pre-Wired Fan Kits Make Installation a Breeze

Forget hiring an expensive electrician, our fan kits are all fully assembled and pre-wired to make installation a do-it-yourself job! Installation times will of course vary per fireplace and blower kit, but most installations can be completed within 30 minutes. We also have a growing selection of installation videos to assist with your installation.

To ensure your blower kit arrives safely and in the same condition it left our facility, we lovingly package your product with some very nice shipping materials. We start with a heavy duty corrugated box and finish everything off with cut foam inserts and padding. We wrap components in bubble film and when necessary, use secondary boxes to further secure the blower and contents of the kit. We take pride in what we sell and our packaging shows that!

Galvanized Mounting Brackets & Hardware

Want your blower's mounting bracket to last the lifetime of the fireplace? Galvanization is the process of coating a steel surface with a zinc coating to prevent rusting. This is why we galvanize all of our brackets. Not only do we want your blower kit to operate perfectly, we want it to look equally as great!

Assembled & Tested in the USA

We're located in Southeastern Wisconsin and assemble and hand test every blower kit we sell. Most of the parts we use in our kits are also made in the USA. FireplaceBlowersOnline.com is a family run business. We pride ourselves on our local heritage and for being an active member in our community for more than 30 years.

The Little Things Matter

Sometimes, the small things make the biggest difference. Like the diagonal support straps that we use to stiffen the blower chassis or the wire strain reliefs that we use on our motors to prevent wires from being accidentally pulled out. Or the over-sized shafts that we use on all of our motors and the springs that we've added to prevent shaft play in the blower's wheel. While these may not seem significant to most, the small things really do make all the difference in the world.

Unmatched Customer Service & Support

In a world of cell phones and instant communication, customer service is becoming a lost art. Not at FireplaceBlowersOnline.com! When you call, you'll speak with the owner of the company, the vice president, our webmaster, or a very helpful associate. We can be reached 7 days a week by phone, we respond to emails within 24 hours, and our only goal is to make sure you're completely satisfied and happy with your purchase! Visit our customer testimonial page to see what some of our past customers have said about their FireplaceBlowersOnline.com experience!
